Shipping times will vary depending on the product fulfillment and carrier.

Estimates:

  • Fulfillment: 3 - 7 business days (depending on product)
  • Shipping: 3 - 4 business days (USA)

Shipping times can be estimated by adding the fulfillment time + the shipping time.

We offer free shipping to all customers in the US.

Shipping rates will apply for orders shipped outside of the US.

All transactions are performed by your chosen payment institution and are secure and encrypted for your protection.

We do not save any of your payment information on any internal systems or databases.

We will collect the following information for customer service/ promotion purposes:

  • Shipping Address (for shipping purposes)
  • Phone Number (Optional - for SMS communications)

We do not sell or send your information to any third party marketing agencies or social media outlets for any purposes.

International shipping is available.

International shipping rates will apply.

Once your order is fulfilled, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Click on the tracking number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location.

If your package is lost in the mail we will either replace the package or refund your purchase.

We offer 100% free returns if the shipment arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective.

Claims for lost or damaged products must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated deivery date.

To help us resolve issues quickly, please email the following to our customer service team (cs@filthylucre.shop):

  • photo of the damaged product
  • order number
  • any other details about the order/product

Yes. To cancel your order, please send the following information to info@filthylucre.shop:

  • First and last name
  • Order number
  • Order date

Canceled orders will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

RETURNS

We offer 100% free returns if the shipment arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, for buyer’s remorse/regret.

We provide a 30-day return shipping labe in your delivery package.

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Pack item
  2. Attach return label (located in original package)
  3. Give package to carrier identified on the label
